Surrender Remembers. Fear Forgets.
What has your attention right now?
Where has fear, resentment, guilt and anger made a presence in your every day? Do these have a firmly held grip on you? Can you release the clenched hands, breathe life into your intuition, give grace to your old patterns and extend a gentle hug to your heart now?
Surrender. Let go. Lay it down. Release. GoodBye.
GoodBye. Easier said than done.
I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to be myself. I’ve made peace with my younger self, we’ve apologized and consoled one another for the times that we turned to shame, guilt and judgment as opposed to holding each other in love, truth and compassion.
I’ve learned to give myself space when I know I need to reconnect with my soul and do a reboot on what beliefs I’m holding, what weight I’m giving to my inner critic tied up with resentments and when closed minded judgments are being made.
Breathe. Connect. Release.
Above all, I surrender and let go of the past and forgive myself, which is the most beautiful gift that I can give to make room for what’s to come, and REJOICE.
